How do I link my Frames Data account?

To link your Frames Data account to VisionWeb’s Frames Data Assist module‚ you’ll need your Frames Data account number. Your account number can be found on your mailing label‚ and is also your user name on Frames Data Online. Not sure what your account number is? Send an email with your name‚ practice name and address to customerservice@framesdata.com or call 1-800-739-7555.

Already have your account number?

Simply click on the "Connect Frames Data Account to Access More Features" button when you are in the Spectacle Lens Ordering Engine. Enter your account number in the "Frames Data Account Number" field and click the submit button. That’s it!
